Anna Walz is the Founder and CEO Emeritus of MedEvoke a MEDiSTRAVA Company (Medical Division of Huntsworth), a global medical consulting firm dedicated to working with Medical Affairs leaders to drive alignment through development of clear medical strategies that can be globally communicated, measured, and analyzed. This has, for the first time, enabled Medial Affairs to track the impact of internal efforts on the external scientific and digital exchanges.
Anna currently serves as Senior Strategic Advisor to MEDISTRAVA and provides professional guidance on the formation of a cross-company Medical Analytics Function. Anna also serves on the Board of Directors for Healios AG, a Swiss-based medical device software manufacturer, that is dedicated to finding solutions in clinical research and patient monitoring through innovative digital technologies.
Anna, who often speaks on the topics of medical strategy, launch excellence, impact metrics for medical affairs, female entrepreneurship, and diversity in the biosciences, is also a regular guest-lecturer on the topic of Pharmacology & Drug Marketing at the Rutgers Medical School. In addition to speaking, Anna has a keen interest in her own continuing education and is a graduate of both the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education program and the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program (EMP), a joint collaboration of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Anna has been one of the most vocal champions for The Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) since its inception, has served as Co-Chair of the Standards & Guidance Committee, and is currently serving on the organization’s Board of Directors and on the Fund Development Committee. She is also passionate about ensuring her local community has access to the highest quality healthcare and does this through her decade-long service as a Trustee at Hunterdon Healthcare as well as being an integral part of the Health System’s the Strategic Planning Committee and Community Needs Committee.
Meg Heim is Founder and President of Heim Global Consulting, an organization focused on the global needs of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Health IT and Biotech companies while providing the expertise needed of External Affairs, Commercial and Medical teams.
Previously as VP, Global Head Strategic Scientific Engagement, Operations and Program Management, Sanofi, Meg was a key member of the CMO Office. Meg’s role participated as a member of various Global teams and committees to further strengthen and globalize the medical function across all Business Units, Research and Development and Countries.
Meg has held officer roles and Executive Global Medical, Sales and Marketing positions with several healthcare, medical device and health information technology companies.
Meg is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master’s in Administrative Science, with Post Masters certificates in Non-Profit Organizational Development and Global Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
After studying at Dauphine University in Paris, Barthelemy began his career in 2008 in London, where he managed Equity Funds for 10 years at several different investment houses and hedge funds.
He moved to Switzerland in 2018 and began managing small and mid caps Equity funds at Lombard Odier, before moving on to an independent structure to build the Equity thematics franchise from the ground up. He co-founded Ava in 2021.
Bart has extensive investment know-how both in Europe and the US.

A born entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in technology and product ideation, development and business across a variety of hardware and software platforms, John leads Healios’ Development team.
